Senior Project Manager

Position Summary This position is responsible for leading project delivery resources and managing client relationships in delivering small to medium sized projects, or a portion of a larger, more complex project. Responsibilities Accountable for successful financial project delivery, meeting project schedule, and achieving the client’s project goals. Generally lead small to medium sized projects, or a portion of a larger more complex project. Manage and maintain positive client relationship. Manage budget reports, cost and revenue projections, change orders, etc. for a project. Ensure project is cashflow positive by developing schedule of values and managing client invoicing. Assist in ensuring prompt payment as required. Organize and lead project meetings with clients and internal departments. Partner with stakeholders to ensure scope and direction of project is on schedule and budget. In collaboration with the project team, mitigate project risks to avoid write-downs. Manage contract documentation requirements from kick off to closeout. Facilitate and manage communications regarding project scope with subcontractors and clients. Qualifications Four‑year degree in related field, or applicable experience. 5+ years’ experience, including construction team management. In‑depth knowledge of building systems such as HVAC, lighting, controls, generation, and water systems. Strong negotiation skills. Strong verbal, written and presentation skills. Established project management skills. Experience collaborating across multiple teams and subcontractors. Strong financial acumen. Strong knowledge of building construction processes and methods, building codes and permitting. Strong computer skills, including ERP and Microsoft Office products such as Excel and Microsoft Projects. For Colorado/New York City/California/Washington/Maryland this ranges from $120,000.00 – $140,000.00 plus annual incentive, benefits, and retirement program as outlined above.
