What You’ll Do Prep and accurately log ingredients, moving between stations as production needs shift throughout the day Operate equipment safely and correctly, following current state guidelines for product storage and handling Keep a sharp eye on quality — running ongoing QA/QC checks and visual inspections on products as they’re prepped and produced Work well under pressure alongside a team that has each other’s backs Communicate clearly with teammates and leadership, flagging issues or ideas as they come up Keep your workspace clean, organized, and up to sanitation and safety standards Look for ways to cut down on waste wherever possible Jump in on packaging support when needed, and stay flexible as day‑to‑day priorities shift What You’ll Bring At least 6 months of experience in food production, a kitchen, or a similar hands‑on environment (or equivalent training) A steady, get‑it‑done attitude — comfortable moving fast, solo or as part of a team Solid understanding of kitchen sanitation and safety practices Comfort with everyday tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Slack (Jira experience a plus) Strong English communication skills, written and verbal Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) Ability to travel occasionally between buildings or sites Must be 21 years of age or older Must be able to pass a background check Ability to obtain a Food Handler’s Card — not required to start, we’ll help you get certified Must be able to obtain any other state‑required permits, licenses, or certifications for the role Physical Requirements Comfortable standing, walking, and sitting for extended periods, with frequent repetitive motion Regular use of hands, fingers, and arms; frequent talking and hearing Occasional stooping, kneeling, or crouching Frequent bending, lifting, and reaching — occasionally moving items up to 50 lbs, frequently handling items under 25 lbs Close vision, distance vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus Work Environment Regular exposure to fumes or airborne particles typical of a production environment Occasional loud noise Temperatures that may fluctuate between hot and cold Required use of hairnets, gloves, and/or non‑slip shoes as needed
