Banquet Cook 2

We are looking for an Intermediate Line Cook to join our team at the Hyatt Regency Chesapeake Bay Golf Resort, Spa and Marina in Cambridge, MD. This role requires strong communication skills, culinary passion, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment. Responsibilities include: Prepare and cook dishes to Hyatt’s high standards while maintaining excellent hygiene and food safety practices. Work single station in the kitchen. Observe and follow recipes and portioning guidelines. Communicate with kitchen crew and front‑of‑house staff to coordinate service. Stand for long periods and adapt to varying shift demands. Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of previous culinary experience. Culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred. Proven ability to perform all basic cooking skills. Knowledge of cooking ingredients and procedures. Desire to satisfy the needs of guests in a fast‑paced environment.
