Assess, plan and facilitate for options and services to meet an individual's unique and complex need. This is accomplished by addressing both the individual's bio-psychosocial needs as well as the resources available. These services are offered/ provided across the continuum. Responsible for planning and implementing the INSPIRE programs which are offered to both clients and parents.
