Are you a proven Fire Sprinkler Sales professional with a passion for building relationships and winning new business? We are partnering with a highly reputable fire protection contractor that is experiencing significant growth across Colorado and is looking to add a driven Fire Sprinkler Sales Representative to its team.

This role is focused on new contract sales and business development, targeting commercial construction, industrial, healthcare, multifamily, and institutional projects. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and secure new fire sprinkler installation contracts throughout Colorado.
• Prospect and build relationships with General Contractors, Developers, Property Managers, Building Owners, Engineers, and Decision Makers.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and industry events.
• Identify project opportunities and manage the sales process from lead generation through contract execution.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales strategies to win new business.
• Collaborate with estimating, design, and operations teams to ensure successful project handoffs.
• Maintain a strong pipeline and consistently achieve sales goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Fire Sprinkler industry experience REQUIRED.
• Proven experience selling new fire sprinkler installation contracts REQUIRED.
• Strong understanding of fire sprinkler systems, NFPA standards, and commercial construction processes.
• Demonstrated success developing new business and closing profitable projects.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Existing Colorado construction industry relationships are highly preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive base salary: $90,000 - $130,000+ DOE
