Craft Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' individual needs to create personalized therapy plans that facilitate achievement of functional goals

Implement Therapeutic Strategies: Employ evidence-based interventions to improve patients' motor function, cognitive abilities, and activities of daily living

Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Engage with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care

Educate Patients and Families: Provide guidance and support to patients and their caregivers on therapy techniques to enhance progress at home

Monitor Clinical Outcomes: Track and document progress while adapting treatment strategies to ensure patients remain on the right path

Degree in Occupational Therapy from a fully accredited institution

Ongoing education or post-graduate certifications are encouraged and supported

Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license

NBCOT certification (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) is mandatory
