Mechanical Engineer II

Title: Mechanical Engineer II Location: Madison, Wisconsin Duration: 12 Months 100% Onsite Required Skills Complex Solidworks 3D CAD designs Mechanical drawings and design controls in a regulated industry Will help develop all medical device automation from concept, through design and integration/verification. The role will work on mechanisms, actuators, guarding, structures, and support continuing engineering activities. Design and analyze mechanical parts. Manage complex product assemblies in Solidworks. Work closely with electrical engineers to develop tightly-integrated, compact electromechanical solutions. Source and collaborate with other engineering leads and parts vendors Take products through engineering analysis and design validation testing phases using skills of both the internal team and outside resources Cooperate with the design transfer and manufacturing organization and outside vendors in creating fixtures for manufacturing and testing BS or advanced degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields Good CAD skills preferably in Solidworks.
