Registered Nurse (RN)
Pineville Rehabilitation & Living Center – Pineville, NC
Full-Time, Part-Time & PRN | All Shifts Available
Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 (paid within first year)

Position Summary:
Pineville Rehabilitation & Living Center is seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our clinical team. In this role, you will provide direct nursing care in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting while working alongside a supportive and collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care including medication administration, treatments, and assessments
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to physicians and leadership
• Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to support resident care plans

Schedule Options:

• Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Evening Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Night Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN available
• Every other weekend required

Qualifications:

• Active, unencumbered North Carolina RN license
• Current CPR certification
• Long-term care experience preferred
