Technician (A & B LEVEL) - SIGN ON BONUS Automotive Technician (A & B Level) Garden City Jeep – VIP Automotive Group of Long Island Full-Time | 5-Day Work Week $20 – $45 plus per hour (based on experience & certifications) We are offering a sign-on bonus of up to $10,000 for highly qualified Ford technicians, with payout after 90 days of successful employment. Daily Responsibilities Perform work outlined on repair orders efficiently and accurately Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues Conduct oil changes, brake repairs, tire rotations, and NY state inspections Complete software updates and key programming Collaborate with the parts department to secure required parts Inspect vehicles for additional repair and safety needs Document all work performed accurately on repair orders Maintain clean workspaces and customer vehicles Train and mentor apprentice technicians Stay current with manufacturer bulletins and training requirements What We’re Looking For A or B Level Technician experience required Manufacturer training preferred Strong diagnostic and repair skills Solid product knowledge Ability to perform essential job duties with or without accommodation A positive, customer-first mindset Benefits We Offer Medical & Dental Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Paid Time Off (vacation, sick, personal days) Supplemental benefits (disability, life insurance, etc.) Employee discounts on vehicles, parts & service Professional development & training opportunities Annual employee recognition programs Join the Garden City Jeep Service Team!
