Senior Development Associate for Government ProjectsStatus: Full-Time Salary FLSA Classification: ExemptAnnual Salary: $59,630-$75,000Compensation is commensurate based on education, relevant experience, and qualifications.Summary of Position: Senior Development Associate for government projects is a development professional who is knowledgeable about human services systems and grant proposals to fund services from government sources. The Development Associate must be familiar with child welfare, juvenile justice, and mental/behavioral health systems. This position contributes to the development and implementation of funding strategies, engagement initiatives to secure financial support for the organization's mission and programs.
