Engineering Technician

About the role

We are seeking an Engineering Technician to support our panel shop operations in Pompano Beach. This role will assist with the assembly and wiring of custom electrical panels and support the engineering team in delivering high-quality products. This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced shop environment.

This a temporary to permanent opportunity for the right person. We operate M-F 8am-5pm.


What you'll do

• Assemble and wire electrical control panels according to schematics and drawings
• Perform point-to-point wiring and component installation
• Read and interpret basic electrical diagrams (preferred)
• Support troubleshooting and quality checks as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and productive work area

Qualifications

• Experience with panel building, wiring, or electrical assembly preferred
• Will consider candidates with strong mechanical/electrical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to use basic hand tools and follow instructions
• Strong work ethic; motivated and dependable
• Ability to stay productive and manage time effectively in a shop environment

• Industrial/shop setting
• Hands-on, team-oriented environment

Pay Range $17-$25 per hour.
