Shipping Clerk 1st Shift

Hire Dynamics/Employbridge is searching for Picker/Packers for a Rock Hill, SC distribution operations by accurately selecting, preparing, and packaging products for shipment. Schedule: Monday-Friday 6:30am-3:00pm (4:30am start time on Mondays during peak season) Pay Rate: $15          

Primary Responsibilities for Picker/Packer:

• Retrieve products from designated warehouse locations using pick lists.
• Verify item quantities and product information to ensure order accuracy.
• Transport selected merchandise to packing or staging areas.
• Building product kits and promotional bundles.
• Organize materials according to established specifications and quality guidelines.
• Package products securely using appropriate materials and add shipping labels.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work accurately in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Dependable attendance and positive work ethic.
• Ability to to follow instructions and work independently or part of a team.
• Cross train in all departments.

Physical Requirements:

• Standing for entire 8-10 hour shift.
• Perform repetitive hand and arm movements while handling products.
• Lift up to 30 pounds or more.
• Regularly bend, stoop, reach, push and pull during daily tasks.
