Planning Coordinator

Brief Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Work with growing, labor, Post-harvest, and IPM teams to ensure decisions are made in a timely manner and grower’s have made final sign‑off Update weekly work orders, as well as facilitate changes according to documented approval procedures Data entry and maintenance of information in Excel and centralized network Complete weekly planning tasks with Cultivation department including confirming next week’s transfer orders, harvest orders, cloning orders, and planting orders Propose changes and alterations to future work orders as they arise, obtain proper sign‑off and make sure proper departments are informed Track and monitor plant movement and activities as they occur, update actuals in planning documents Communicate adjustments to team members in Spanish and English Help to maintain quality standards of greenhouse activities, including updating documentation and getting proper sign‑off from department managers To audit labor, IPM, and cultivation crews with quality reports, as well as SOPs are being adhered to Help with MaintainX submittals Use required PPE per OSHA regulations Perform other duties as assigned Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Competencies Extremely organized Punctual Critical thinking/Problem solving skills Willingness to learn Cannabis cultivars and cultivation requirements Requirements Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel Must be 21+ years of age Bilingual preferred Able to work independently and in a team environment Ability to maintain a positive attitude Authorized to work in the United States This position requires a 40‑hour minimum work week Must be able to write and communicate effectively with the entire Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
