Invisible AI is a computer vision and AI platform that gives manufacturers real-time insight into every station on the production line. A single camera deployment improves ergonomics and prevents injuries, holds standard work and quality on new line launches, and powers continuous improvement through AI time studies and station audits.

The platform is proven with the most demanding manufacturers in the world, including Ford, GM, Toyota, Nissan, Cooper Standard, Eaton and Torklift. These customers started with pilots and expanded to more lines, more plants and more countries. Now we are scaling: we are taking a proven platform into new industries and entering a period of hyper-growth.The role

We are hiring an Account Executive to open and own two new verticals for Invisible AI: electronics manufacturing and data center infrastructure. You will build on early momentum with companies such as Eaton and take our automotive success to a new set of manufacturers.

This is a hunter role with real ownership. You will report to our CRO / Head of Sales, who will coach you directly. You will learn and run the Invisible AI sales methodology, so we care more about how you think, learn and execute than about a perfect background.

Location: Remote, United States. Travel: 25–40% to customer plants, sites and industry events.What you'll do

• Build pipeline from the ground up in electronics and data center manufacturing, prospecting into plant leadership, operations, EHS, quality and continuous improvement teams.
• Run the full sales cycle, from first meeting and on-site discovery through paid pilot and contract.
• Turn pilots into multi-line, multi-plant rollouts by proving value on ergonomics, standard work and continuous improvement.
• Walk production floors with customers, understand how their lines run, and connect what you see to business outcomes.
• Work closely with our deployment, customer success and engineering teams so every customer has a clear path from pilot to scale.
• Apply and help sharpen the Invisible AI sales methodology, and share what you learn to build a repeatable playbook for each new vertical.
• Keep your pipeline and forecast accurate, and own your number.

Who you are

What you bring

• 2–5 years in a quota-carrying B2B sales role, with a track record of hitting or beating your number.
• You understand what it takes to work at a startup: ambiguity, fast change, limited resources, and doing whatever the deal and the team need.
• You are a self-starter who works well on your own, builds your own pipeline, and does not wait to be told what to do next.
• You are proactive and self-motivated, and you hold yourself to a high standard of excellence.
• You are coachable. You want feedback, act on it quickly, and are excited to learn a proven sales methodology.
• You are team-first. You share credit, help colleagues win, and put the customer and the company ahead of yourself.
• You communicate clearly and confidently with people from the plant floor to the executive suite.

Nice to have

• Enterprise sales experience with long, multi-stakeholder deals.
• A background in industrial engineering, manufacturing or operations, combined with strong customer-facing skills.
• Experience selling to OEMs or their suppliers.
• Familiarity with electronics, data center or industrial technology markets.

• On-target earnings: $160,000–$200,000, split 50/50 between base salary ($80,000–$100,000) and variable commission.
• Equity: stock options, so you share in the growth you help create.

• Location: remote anywhere in the United States, with 25–40% travel.
