What You'll Do

• Grow and manage a territory by identifying, pursuing, and winning new business opportunities
• Build trusted relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders
• Use a consultative sales approach to uncover business challenges and recommend tailored technology solutions
• Collaborate with technical experts and specialists to deliver comprehensive client solutions
• Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities that fuels long-term success
• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews and proactively identify opportunities for improvement
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences through responsiveness and follow-through
• Continuously develop your sales skills through coaching, training, and professional development
• Represent Kyocera's full suite of business technology solutions, including:
• Managed Network Services (MNS)
• Network Infrastructure
• Cybersecurity Solutions
• Business Continuity Solutions
• Enterprise Content Management (ECM)
• Unified Communications (UCaaS)
• Audio/Visual Solutions
• Document Output Solutions

The base salary for this position will depend on experience with a range of $46,000-$63,000 plus monthly UNCAPPED commission, a monthly car allowance and an OTE ranging from $94,000-$111,000.

• Previous B2B sales experience within the industry
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset
• Ability to build relationships and establish trust with clients
• Willingness to learn, grow, and embrace coaching
