Flat Welders Opportunity Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Flat Welders for projects located in or around Spokane Valley, WA. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $30/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope: Weld mild steel, stainless steel, and occasionally aluminum according to blueprints Inspect welded parts for accuracy and quality Follow all OSHA and WISHA safety requirements Operate a forklift as needed Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environment Communicate machinery or quality issues to management Perform other duties as assigned Follow both written and verbal instructions to complete assignments Requirements: Minimum 5 years of MIG welding experience Ability to read and interpret blueprints Proficient in shop math and problem-solving Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently or as part of a team Effective verbal and written communication skills Physically capable of regularly lifting up to 30 lbs and frequently up to 50 lbs Must pass weld check Company Details: Tradesmen International not only offers consistent work, top pay, and employment opportunities, we also provide a benefits package that is among the best in the industry.
