Shop Welder / Production

Aerotek is hiring welders and fitters for a steel shop in Spokane.

Job Duties : Will be performing Flux Core Dual Shield welding on structural steel. Will be running a high volume of fillet welds on steel I-beams, columns, and other structural parts. Some materials handling may be required. This is a shop/production welding job – no welding on job sites.

Previous Flux Core or Hardwire welding experience is required. 3+ years - this can be a combination on-the-job experience and from a welding school/trade school. FCAW WABO or AWS certification is preferred.

Details: Day shift and swing shift available. Overtime will often be available. Room for growth in pay based on performance. Benefits including medical insurance and 401k are also available.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Spokane, WA.
