Earn rewards through our PowerZone Employee Recognition Program, and expand your expertise with our Clinicians in Action professional development program.ResponsibilitiesProvide behavior analysis services to children in a variety of settings and programs which may include school based, early intervention, and preschool.Performs evaluations and assessments and tracks child progress.Delivers Behavior Intervention Services (BIS) as mandated in the IFSP or IEP.Collaborate with other families, caregivers, educators, and other professionals to support the goals of each child.Complete assessments, FBAs, BIPS, documentation, and progress notes.Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).Provide guidance and training to teachers, teacher aides, and paraprofessionals, as needed.QualificationsMust have a Board Certification (BCBA) and be in good standing with the BACB.Must hold a license (LBA) in the state of practice, if required by state regulations.Masters Degree from an accredited program in ABA Therapy or a related field.Completion of the BACB 8-hour supervision course.Posted Salary Range USD $65.00 - USD $65.00 /Hr.
