Account Resolution Specialist

Focused on managing disputes and fraud cases, the full-time remote Account Resolution Specialist will handle past-due accounts, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance while collaborating with a close-knit team. Key responsibilities Own the dispute process for past-due accounts from initial complaint through timely resolution Manage fraud cases, including investigation, communication, and documentation in compliance with bank requirements Log and document bankruptcy accounts, prepare collection notices, and assist with other collections tasks as needed Required qualifications 3 to 5 years of experience in commercial collections, recovery, or loan servicing with a focus on disputes, fraud, or bankruptcy Working knowledge of FDCPA, FCRA, and bankruptcy fundamentals Strong investigation and documentation skills with the ability to manage a caseload independently Team-player mindset with a positive attitude and willingness to assist beyond core responsibilities Sharp attention to detail and curiosity to learn new processes and systems
