Shift Supervisor

Join us as a Shift Supervisor, a key leader supporting the Store Management team in driving store execution, performance and customer service excellence. Responsibilities Manage merchandising/presentation and price merchandise to maintain store standards. When there is no manager or Operations Supervisor onsite, lead the store staff and ensure opening and closing procedures are completed. Work effectively with store management and crews; supervise the store’s crew through assigning, directing and following up on tasks. Communicate information clearly between store management and crews. Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints; promote CVS customer service culture (greet, offer help, thank). Handle customer relations issues in accordance with company policy and promote a positive shopping experience. Maintain customer/patient confidentiality. Stock shelves and execute displays, signage and inventory for weekly, promotional and seasonal merchandise; maintain off-shelf merchandise and reset departments following POGs. Required Qualifications Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills Advanced communication and supervision skills Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early mornings, overnight and weekends; ability to work overtime and respond to urgent store issues Preferred Qualifications Experience as a retail supervisor Education High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred but not required. Anticipated Weekly Hours 25 Time Type Part time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is $16.00 - $23.00 per hour. The actual base salary offer depends on factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
