Job Type: Part-Time / Full-Time Job Overview Firehouse Subs is looking for a reliable and motivated Shift Manager to help oversee daily operations, support the team, and ensure every guest has a great experience. This role is perfect for someone ready to take the next step in leadership—bridging the gap between crew and management while developing the skills needed to grow into a General Manager role. Responsibilities Lead shifts by setting the pace, maintaining energy, and ensuring smooth operations Support the General Manager in daily restaurant functions Provide direction, coaching, and support to Crew Members Ensure excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns quickly Maintain food quality, safety, and cleanliness standards Assist with opening and closing procedures Handle cash management and basic administrative tasks Monitor labor and help keep shifts efficient and productive Qualifications 1+ year of restaurant or customer service experience preferred Previous leadership or supervisory experience is a plus Strong communication and team leadership skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Dependable, detail-oriented, and proactive Flexible availability, including nights and weekends Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) Flexible scheduling Opportunities for advancement to management roles Paid training and leadership development Supportive, team-oriented work environment Why Firehouse Subs?
