We offer neurological consultations, diagnostic evaluations, individualized treatment planning, neuro-rehabilitation coordination, and multidisciplinary care to support patients throughout their recovery journey. Position Overview We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Nurse Practitioner to join our in-clinic healthcare team in St. Louis, Missouri. This role is responsible for providing high-quality patient care, supporting clinical operations, and collaborating closely with the physician and medical staff to ensure an efficient and patient-centered environment. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical setting. Responsibilities Conduct patient evaluations, assessments, and follow-up visits Review patient history, symptoms, and treatment progress Assist in developing and implementing treatment plans under physician supervision as applicable Document patient encounters accurately and thoroughly in the EMR system Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff regarding patient care and coordination Monitor patient progress and communicate recommendations as needed Assist with in-clinic procedures, therapies, and treatments as appropriate Ensure compliance with clinic protocols, healthcare regulations, and safety standards Provide compassionate education and support to patients and families Support daily clinic workflow and operational efficiency Qualifications Active Nurse Practitioner license in Missouri** Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Experience in neurology, rehabilitation, pain management, or TBI-related care preferred EMR experience preferred CPR/BLS certification required #J-18808-Ljbffr NEXUS DIAGNOSTICS LLC DBA SYNAPSE TBI
