Inbound Call Center Specialist - Member Services
North Central Mental Health Services, Inc.
North Central Mental Health Services, Inc. is seeking a full-time, non-exempt Call Center Representative to provide effective inbound call service to members, providers and customers via a VoIP system. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8a-5p, with no weekends or holidays. You will transfer calls, record information accurately, and support clinic operations. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, courteous communication, literacy, MS Office proficiency, and the ability to sit #J-18808-Ljbffr North Central Mental Health Services, Inc.
