Eligibility and full bonus details will be discussed during the interview.Unlimited Earning PotentialOur compensation structure is performance-based with no earning cap. The more productive you are in the field, the greater your earning potential.Your pay is based on completed/billed work in the field, meaning high-performing technicians have the opportunity to earn significantly more. There is no ceiling on what you can earn.The complete compensation structure and earning opportunities will be discussed during the interview.ResponsibilitiesProvide exceptional customer service and professionally address customer questions and concerns.Diagnose, repair, install, and maintain residential plumbing systems and fixtures.Install and repair piping, fittings, faucets, sinks, toilets, showers, water heaters, water softeners, and other plumbing equipment.Troubleshoot plumbing problems and recommend appropriate solutions.Test plumbing systems for leaks, pressure issues, and proper operation.Perform routine plumbing maintenance and inspections.Complete scheduled service calls efficiently and professionally.Maintain a clean, professional appearance and work area.Communicate clearly with customers and team members.Complete work accurately while maintaining Bighorn Plumbing's standards for quality and customer service.Skills & QualificationsResidential service plumbing experience.Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.Ability to install and repair plumbing systems, piping, fittings, fixtures, and equipment.Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and customer-service skills.Professional, dependable, clean, and friendly.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Backflow and manometer experience/certifications are a plus.Why Bighorn Plumbing?We're a locally owned Northern Nevada plumbing company that is continuing to grow and expand.
