Flight Restaurant and Wine Bar - Memphis Service of food and/or beverage to include the order-taking, delivery and clearing of items Checks station before, during and after shift for proper set-up and cleanliness Greets guests in a professional, friendly and courteous manner and explain our concept and any specials Takes orders and inputs into the POS system to send order and any modifications to the kitchen Helps retrieves orders from kitchen,confirms accuracy, and delivers it to guests Ascertain above and beyons the guests satisfaction throughout entire dining experience with exceptional service and attention to detail Abide by all restaurant, state and federal regulations and liquor policies pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages Requirements High School graduate or equivalent preferred Must be 18 years of age or older Valid Tennessee ABC Permit or enrolled in class to obtain permit Prefer a minimum of one year of previous serving experience Ability to effectively communicate in English (verbal and written) Must have a professional, courteous and friendly demeanor Servers must be clean cut and carry themselves in a professional manner at all times when in the vicinity of the restaurant Ability to stand, walk, climb stairs and carry plates and trays for prolonged periods of time #J-18808-Ljbffr Wet Willie's
