Software Controls Engineer

Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Process Engineer. The Process Engineer is responsible for defining, designing, leading, and delivering an assembly system for new & major programs. The primary responsibility will be to source, design, build and qualify the process and equipment, from initial design to implementation at the manufacturing site. This position plays a critical role in establishing optimized plant layouts, efficient systems that meet cycle time and uptime requirements, as well as efficient operations, scalability, and successful program launches. Compensation: $37/hr to $45/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or related engineering field
• 3-5 years of experience in engine and/or transmission assembly within a manufacturing environment
• Proven experience in the design, procurement, installation, and commissioning of Assembly Equipment.
• Strong program and project management capability, including OEM management, timing, issue resolution, and financial tracking.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex manufacturing projects.
