Job Title: Controls Engineer

Location: Warren, MI

Duration: Contract

Skills Required:

Controls engineer with 10+ years of experience in automotive manufacturing plants specializing in industrial machine vision.
SME in industrial controls and automation SME in the areas of PLC programming, machine vision, Robotics, human machine interface, industrial sensors, and error checking.
Expertise with using vision systems - Matrox/ Cognex/ Keyence software.
Experience with automotive plant production support and maintenance to new assembly line launches. Proficient in Allen-Bradley PLC-5, Allen-Bradley ControlLogix, Allen-Bradley Panelview, ABB S4c, DVT machine vision programming.
Experience with FANUC and ABB robots. Strong robot programming skills.
Programming Skills of various PLCs (Allen Bradley/Siemens/Omron)
