Job Title Buyer Summary Connectronics Corp., a U.S. manufacturer of specialized electronic connectors including high‑voltage interconnects, aerospace connectors, underwater connectors, high current connectors, and multi‑pin cable assemblies, has an opening in Toledo, OH for a Buyer to join our Purchasing Team. This position will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring raw materials and components essential for manufacturing operations. Responsibilities and Duties Sourcing potential suppliers based on price, quality, and availability of parts and components. Soliciting quotes from potential suppliers for items needed for production. Negotiating pricing and delivery terms for contractual agreements. Tracking the status of purchase orders for the delivery of goods and verifying that product quality meets specifications. Initiating return processes for parts that fall short of expectations. Working with the ERP system to maintain the necessary data for quotes, purchased parts, part creation, and reports. Communicating product or supplier concerns and opportunities with the Purchasing Manager. Maintaining open lines of communication with vendors to sustain strong relationships.
