Salary and Benefits

Hourly Wage: $20.00 - $24.00 / hour
Job Type: Full-time, In-Person

Responsibilities / Duties

Field Installation: Perform plant installations and handle green goods on various job sites.
Landscape Maintenance: Execute routine pruning, trimming, and grounds maintenance services.
Team Collaboration: Work productively alongside your crew members and follow the direction of the Landscape Foreman.
Customer Service: Maintain a professional demeanor and provide excellent customer service while on-site.

Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of landscaping industry experience is ideal.
Soft Skills: Must be a self-starter with a strong work ethic and a desire to work in a team environment.
Preferred Pluses: Hardscape experience, a pesticide license, or bilingual (English/Spanish) capabilities are highly valued.
Location Requirements: Must be able to reliably commute to Salem, WI 53168.
