Salary and Benefits
- Hourly Wage: $20.00 - $24.00 / hour
- Job Type: Full-time, In-Person

Responsibilities / Duties
- Field Installation: Perform plant installations and handle green goods on various job sites.
- Landscape Maintenance: Execute routine pruning, trimming, and grounds maintenance services.
- Team Collaboration: Work productively alongside your crew members and follow the direction of the Landscape Foreman.
- Customer Service: Maintain a professional demeanor and provide excellent customer service while on-site.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of landscaping industry experience is ideal.
- Soft Skills: Must be a self-starter with a strong work ethic and a desire to work in a team environment.
- Preferred Pluses: Hardscape experience, a pesticide license, or bilingual (English/Spanish) capabilities are highly valued.
- Location Requirements: Must be able to reliably commute to Salem, WI 53168.

The company features an 80-acre main site in Salem, WI, housing a retail garden center, wholesale landscape supply, and greenhouse operations. It has expanded to include a 630-acre nursery facility in Clinton, WI, a 25-acre facility in Menomonee Falls, WI, and land from the former Beaver Creek Nursery.
