Operations Specialist I

To support a growing operations team, the full-time hourly Operations Specialist I will set up new orders for time-sensitive commodities, provide proactive customer updates, and manage inbound and outbound communications in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Set up new orders by adhering to standard work practices and client-specific SOP instructions Provide proactive updates to customers regarding delays and issues while offering alternative solutions Manage and respond to all inbound communications, ensuring timely acknowledgment and action on requests Required qualifications Experience in logistics or customer service roles Ability to navigate and interpret airline booking and tracking websites Familiarity with order management systems and communication platforms Strong situational awareness and problem-solving skills Willingness to meet minimum metric requirements and customer service standards
