Essential Functions (Included, But Not Limited To) Support surrounding Branches as needed within a 50 mile radius, with occasional opportunities to assist other locations in the broader Region. Available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, with hours and days subject to change. While the company provides reasonable notice for permanent schedule changes in accordance with state and local laws, the ability to adapt to business‑driven schedule adjustments is required. Applicants must be able to attend all required training sessions, which may occur on a schedule differing from the primary shift. Basic Qualifications High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification At least 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience At least 6 months of cash handling experience Preferred Qualifications Associate’s degree 2+ years of Retail or Customer‑facing experience Proficient in G‑Suite Strong written and oral communication skills Salary The minimum and maximum full‑time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part‑time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
