As a VP - Information Technology on the Output Solutions team, you will lead our IT team to drive innovation and ensure the seamless operation of technology systems that support our business goals. You will be heavily involved with the modernization of Output Solutions applications and will have oversight of key technological areas including application development, data technology, and quality engineering. You will also be influential over other functions such as engineering and architecture, benefiting from your technology vision and roadmap.What you will do:Lead, develop, and execute a technology vision and roadmap to harmonize various platforms and solutions while collaborating with key stakeholdersOversee the implementation and maintenance of IT infrastructure within Output SolutionsEnsure that technology will support business demands and develop future application platforms effectively and efficientlyChampion standardization of software engineering processesDevelop business case justifications and cost/benefit analyses for technology spending and initiativesAct as a role model and mentor on application development practices and technology modernizationDrive the development of long-term strategic plans in collaboration with key stakeholders, and anticipate and identify issues, providing recommendations to address roadblocks and areas of opportunityWhat you will need to have:12+ years of technical experience and knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, systems, and software development10+ years of experience overseeing IT projects from inception to completion10+ years of experience with IT policy development and implementation6+ years of experience in IT management and leadershipBachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experienceWhat would be great to have:Prior experience within the financial services, fintech, or banking industriesStrong business background at an enterprise level and/or development experience with large, complex business applications across all phases of application developmentPrior experience leading IT modernization projectsRelevant certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or CISSPMaster’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related fieldThis role is not eligible to be performed in Colorado, California, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Illinois, Massachusetts, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Nevada, Rhode Island, Vermont, Virginia, Maine or Washington.It is unlawful to discriminate against a prospective employee due to the individual's status as a veteran.Please note that salary ranges provided for this role on external job boards are salary estimates made by outside parties and may not be accurate.Thank you for considering employment with Fiserv.
