We are looking to add a Medical Sales Account Executive to our team to work directly with hospital and healthcare customers, build relationships, identify their needs, and help them find the right products and solutions. Responsibilities: Proactively engage with existing and prospective hospital and healthcare customers through daily outbound outreach to build relationships, uncover needs, and identify sales opportunities. Drive revenue growth by developing existing accounts, identifying opportunities for additional products, and generating new business through consistent sales activity and follow‑up. Develop and manage sales opportunities from initial conversation through closing, including understanding customer needs, recommending products, preparing quotes, and strategically following up throughout the decision‑making process. Build strong customer relationships through consistent communication, proactive follow up, product knowledge, and ongoing account management. Assess customer needs and recommend products based on their specific requirements, applications, and purchasing needs. Manage customer inquiries, product questions, quotes, orders, and follow up to ensure customers receive accurate and timely support. Maintain accurate customer, sales, and account information within CRM and ERP systems to ensure opportunities and customer relationships are properly managed. Identify and develop new business opportunities by researching accounts, initiating conversations, expanding existing relationships, and creating new sales opportunities. Consistently pursue and achieve sales objectives by managing daily activity, developing the sales pipeline, following up on opportunities, and working toward weekly, monthly, and annual revenue goals.
