Medical Sales Account Executive - Arlington Heights, IL Pay: $50,000–$60,000 Base + Uncapped Commission | $120,000 OTE We are a medical device company based in Arlington Heights, specializing in X-ray equipment and diagnostic imaging solutions. Our machines are engineered to be intuitive, reliable, and user-friendly, giving physicians the confidence and ease of use they need to focus on what matters most: taking care of their patients . We work directly with physicians, practice owners, and healthcare professionals to understand their unique needs and provide imaging solutions that support their practices and enhance the overall patient experience. We are looking for an Account Executive who enjoys building relationships, understanding customer needs, and growing existing accounts. You’ll be a trusted point of contact for physicians, practice owners, and medical professionals, helping them identify the right imaging solutions and making the entire sales process seamless from start to finish. Tasks and Duties: Proactively engage with existing customers through daily outbound outreach to uncover needs, strengthen relationships, and identify opportunities for additional products and services. Drive revenue growth through service contracts, preventative maintenance programs, service parts, and billable service solutions. Develop and manage service and contract proposals, including preparing quotes, presenting solutions, and strategically following up throughout the decision-making process. Maintain accurate customer, contract, warranty, and equipment records across CRM and ERP systems to ensure a seamless and informed customer experience. Build lasting customer relationships through consistent post‑sale communication, scheduled touchpoints, and proactive account management. Assess customer needs and recommend tailored service solutions based on their equipment, usage, priorities, and long‑term business needs. Deliver responsive, knowledgeable customer support, serving as a trusted resource and ensuring customers receive timely solutions throughout the customer relationship. Identify and develop new business opportunities by creating innovative sales approaches and strategies that expand existing accounts and generate additional revenue. Collaborate closely with internal teams to share ideas, coordinate customer needs, support business objectives, and contribute to a collaborative, high‑performing sales environment. Consistently pursue and achieve performance objectives by managing activity, developing the sales pipeline, and working toward weekly, monthly, and annual revenue goals.
