Outpatient Manager
UNITED COUNSELING SERVICE OF BENNINGTON COUNTY INC
United Counseling Service of Bennington County seeks an Outpatient Manager to lead outpatient behavioral health services for children, adults, and families. This role oversees daily clinic operations, ensures timely access to care, and supports a multidisciplinary team of clinicians and support staff. The Outpatient Manager monitors caseloads, workflows, and documentation quality; upholds regulatory and payer requirements; and uses data to improve outcomes. Collaborating closely with program leaders, this position advances inclusive, person-centered, trauma-informed care while fostering a supportive, mission-driven team culture and professional growth opportunities.
