Bachelor's degree from an ASHA-accredited university, active Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license and minimum 1+ years speech-language pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:

• Hold current certification or licensure as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
• Previous experience in a school-based setting is preferred
• Comfortable working with K-12 students with diverse backgrounds and needs
• Strong collaboration skills to work closely with supervising SLPs, teachers, and other support staff
• Ability to assist with implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Organized, reliable, and able to prioritize tasks efficiently

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language services to students as directed by the supervising SLP
• Support the development and implementation of therapeutic activities and interventions
• Track student progress and assist with documentation
• Collaborate with SLPs, teachers, and support teams to promote student success
• Communicate professionally with parents and caregivers regarding student participation as needed
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training sessions
