We are looking for a reliable Pool Repair Technician to join our growing team. You will be responsible for repairing customer pool systems and equipment to keep them functioning at their best. This role requires technical expertise, strong customer service, and effective communication to ensure high quality service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Identify, troubleshoot, and perform repairs on a variety of pool systems and equipment to maintain operational excellence and ensure long-lasting functionality.

• Provide clear, detailed, and high-quality repair quotes focused on making pools run efficiently, adhering to current safety standards, and utilizing reputable products with solid warranties.

• Communicate with customers ahead of arrival to confirm appointments and share expected arrival times.

• Keep customers informed throughout the troubleshooting process, explaining issues and recommended solutions clearly and professionally.

• Follow up with customers after repairs to ensure satisfaction, address additional concerns, and provide quotes for further potential work to improve pool systems.

• Actively participate in internal team communication via Slack to share updates on ongoing repairs, provide troubleshooting support, and maintain operational efficiency.

• Deliver exceptional service and attention to detail to ensure pool repairs meet or exceed customer expectations.

• Handle quality control issues as a top priority by addressing problems promptly and implementing immediate solutions to resolve concerns.

• Represent the company professionally by maintaining a customer-first mindset and effectively addressing service-related concerns.

• Work closely with the service team to support daily operations, share knowledge, and contribute to a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the pool industry, specifically pool cleaning and repairs, is required.

• Residential Appliance Installer License (RAIL) is required.

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

• Ability to handle a physically demanding workload and outdoor working conditions.

• Strong team-player attitude with the flexibility to adapt to changing daily needs.

• Experience training other technicians is a plus.

• Strong understanding of pool quoting processes matching customer needs and expectations.

Schedule

• Full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with flexible earlier start and finish times available.

• Daily schedule starts and ends in-office at your assigned branch location.
