Mid-Level Migration Manager

This person will function as an integration manager with good communication and analytical skills in addition to the ability to dissect files and test files in line with customer global payment scope.

Day To Day Activities

• Interact with clients on file testing
• Communicate verbally and in writing with internal and external stakeholders around file errors encountered and format changes needed to address said errors.
• Perform analysis of current payables file scope and determine approach to migrate the client from format A to format B
• Connectivity settings, file format, reference data, certificates, etc
• Identify redundant set ups and options for reconfiguration as appropriate; relating them to corresponding configurations on new platform
• Capture and plan all the client related necessary artefacts from their internal and external inventory (including processes, preferences, dependencies, technical and non-functional) in order to define a detailed client migration plan.
• Collate & report MI and project progress
• Profile set up (SFG and/or BIS) in test & prod environments
• Interface with Client Management & Sales for internal notification of migration tranches
• Confirm communications accurate & appropriate for client footprint and type
• Monitor Implementation & Integration progress within client tranche
• Monitor live traffic through 2 – 4 week critical care period depending on client complexity.
• Remove client set up from legacy gateway & Heritage Connect.
