Quick Facts: Location: Chambersburg, PA Start Date: 09/01/2026 End Date: 12/01/2026 Shift: 24-hour coverage (day shift) Weekly Hours: As needed (PRN) – approximately every 12-14 weeks Employment Type: Contract / PRN License/Certifications: BC or BE in Urology, PA license, DEA required Experience: Prior urology practice preferred Pay & Benefits: Hourly Pay Rate: $3,251.82 Benefits: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay via direct deposit Medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements (when applicable) Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws 24/7 dedicated support team What You’ll Do: Provide urological consultation and treatment for diverse patient populations Support hospital and surgical coverage needs Manage patient care in outpatient settings and respond to phone calls from affiliated facilities Document patient interactions using EPIC EMR system Support hospital’s urology department with on-call duties and emergency consultations Maintain compliance with all licensing and hospital regulations What You Need: Board certification or eligibility in Urology Valid PA medical license DEA registration At least 2 years of relevant urology experience preferred Excellent communication skills, ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment About the Assignment: This PRN urology role involves providing specialized care at a hospital with a bed size of 76, located in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania. The incumbent will see patients in outpatient clinics, handle urgent calls, and assist with hospital-based surgeries, all while working with a dedicated team.
