Store Sales Associate

Job Title : Store Manager Location : Houston, TX 77055, USA Schedule : Full-time Day Shift Hourly Rate : $19.50 - $20.50 per hour (subject to qualifications) Responsibilities Oversee all facets of store operations and drive performance. Ensure maximum sales and profitability by managing guest services, operating objectives, and financial goals. Control expenses, aging inventory, shrink, merchandising, and inventory control. Staff and train store associates, plan staffing levels, and conduct performance reviews. Plan and execute store setup, pack‑up, and teardown for seasonal operations. Maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness, enforce company policies, and enforce compliance. Qualifications Minimum age 21 with a flexible, adaptable schedule. Physical ability to stand or walk for 8+ hours, climb ladders, set up fixtures, and lift or move up to 50 pounds. Prior retail management experience required. Strong customer‑service focus and ability to lead a team.
