Job Description Field Store Associate at Lowe’s focuses on driving sales, engaging customers in Paint and Pro departments, generating leads, implementing sales and marketing programs, providing exceptional customer service, and managing merchandising. Part‑time associates must ensure client satisfaction, stay knowledgeable on product features, and maintain high visual standards. Location: Lowe’s Store #750, 22600 Eastex Fwy, Kingwood, TX 77339. Schedule: Part‑time weekdays/afternoons/weekends; subject to business needs and changes. Responsibilities Ensure high customer satisfaction through excellent sales service. Assist customers in person by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services. Build productive relationships and trust with wholesale and retail customers. Maintain Pro customer color files and color wall/back stock appearance. Tint and mix products to customer specifications as needed. Maintain store appearance and inventory best practices. Build and maintain knowledge of all products to ensure effective customer recommendations. Facilitate in‑person customer connectivity between paint and pro desks. Provide in‑store Pro Desk paint support for real‑time customer needs, Lowe’s Pro Sales, and paint program execution, including promotional events. Promote and represent Sherwin‑Williams and Valspar brand standards and product strengths to Lowe’s associates, customers, and contractors. Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis; assist Sales Representatives by generating leads through customer interactions. Train Lowe’s associates on product knowledge and application methods. Complete eLearning modules and ensure HR Cloud trainings are up to date and compliant. Minimum Requirements At least eighteen (18) years of age. Legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship. Ability to retrieve material from shelves, lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion. Willingness to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends. Preferred Qualifications High School diploma or GED. At least one year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service. Experience selling paint and paint‑related products. Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment. Valid, unrestricted driver’s license. Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in more than one language, including Spanish.
