Digital Marketing Manager

Responsibilities Develop and lead integrated digital marketing strategies across search, social, display, and other online channels to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives and target audience behavior. Manage and allocate large-scale marketing budgets across channels, optimizing spend to maximize return on investment (ROI) and efficiency. Analyze complex datasets from multiple sources (e.g., advertising platforms, web analytics, CRM systems) to generate actionable insights and inform strategic decisions. Design and implement audience targeting strategies, including segmentation, behavioral targeting, and remarketing, to improve campaign effectiveness. Develop and oversee A/B and multivariate testing strategies across ads, landing pages, and user journeys to enhance conversion performance. Define and implement measurement frameworks, including tracking, attribution modeling, and performance benchmarking, to ensure data integrity and accurate reporting. Monitor and evaluate digital marketing performance using key metrics such as CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, and customer lifetime value, and adjust strategies accordingly. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, product, analytics, and sales to align marketing initiatives with broader organizational goals. Evaluate emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve campaign performance and scalability. Provide strategic direction and guidance to internal teams and stakeholders, ensuring effective execution of marketing initiatives.
