Qualifications and Requirements:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• Previous experience in a school setting, preferably with elementary-aged children
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with educational teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students
• Develop and deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions to support a range of speech and language concerns
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning for students
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support students’ communicative success
• Engage in consultation and training with school personnel regarding speech-language strategies
• Help foster an inclusive and empowering environment for every learner
