Crystal Reports Developer US/Remote Job Summary We are looking for a Crystal Reports developer to provide development and administration support for numerous MS SQL databases in a client-server development environment. Duties & Responsibilities • Responsibilities will include providing project management leadership, as well as establishing and maintaining outstanding project management tools and practices for quality-based initiatives. • Experience with T/SQL development (stored procedures and triggers), SQL and index performance tuning, and database design and file storage

• Maintains Crystal Reports Server and our standard report library
• Provides end-user training and support on BI Launchpad
• Provides expert-level user support in the research and resolution of complex data

issues

• Generate Quest reports
• Document business requirements, timelines, develop and execute test plans, and

coordinate user testing • Provide complex system-wide ad-hoc reporting support to business clients Requirements & Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent training, experience, and certification.

• Minimum 5 years of experience with SAP Crystal Reports Development.
• Innate understanding of BI reporting concepts.
• Experience in Healthcare Payer domain is highly preferred.
• Experience with database technologies like Oracle or SQL Server
