Our client, a well-established manufacturing company in Oak Ridge, TN, is seeking a professional and organized Receptionist/Executive Assistant to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, managing administrative tasks, and supporting daily operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do

• Greet visitors, customers, vendors, and employees in a professional and friendly manner • Manage front desk operations, including answering and directing incoming calls • Provide administrative support to plant leadership and office staff • Schedule meetings, coordinate calendars, and assist with event planning • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and office communications • Maintain employee records, filing systems, and office documentation • Order and manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors as needed • Assist with special projects and other administrative duties to support facility operations

What We're Looking For

• Strong verbal and written communication skills • Excellent organizational and time management abilities • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a busy manufacturing environment • Professional demeanor and strong customer service skills • Previous receptionist, administrative assistant, executive assistant, or office support experience preferred, but not required
