Estate Supervisor

We're looking for an experienced Estate Supervisor to lead the delivery of all maintenance services across our site, ensuring service excellence in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Role Responsibilities Lead, motivate, and inspire a team of engineers and subcontractors to deliver efficient, high‑quality maintenance services. Ensure all works are delivered in line with contractual KPIs, compliance standards, and financial targets. Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver services professionally and cost‑effectively. Manage escalations effectively, driving solutions and continuous improvement across the estate. Provide accurate reporting and actively support audits across quality, health & safety, environmental, and financial requirements. Required Qualifications Proven experience within a technical estates or facilities management environment. Previous supervisory or team leader experience managing multi‑disciplinary teams. Strong technical knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems. Experience overseeing operational spend and financial performance.
