Nashville General Hospital seeks to hire a Med/Surg Registered Nurse (RN) for our Medical Surgical Unit who will embrace our commitment to providing quality care to every patient and family member. This is an 18-bed unit with a 4:1 patient ratio./ppAs a Med/Surg RN you will be responsible for:/pulliAdmitting and assessing patients/liliAdministering medication and treatments/liliMonitoring vital signs and symptoms/liliRunning and ordering tests/liliCoordinating care with Physicians and Specialists/liliCharting Patient Progress/li/ulpRequired Skills Qualifications:/pulliGraduate of an accredited associates in Nursing Program (or Diploma) Bachelors Degree in Nursing Preferred./liliCurrent Licensure or permit to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Tennessee or compact state./liliEmployee must have valid BLS upon hire.
