They're looking to grow over the next 5 years and like to promote from within so this is a great opportunity to join a growing business with plenty of promotion opportunities!Job DescriptionAssist in managing all phases of custom home and luxury new construction projects, from pre-construction to closeout. Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project timelines and budgets are met. Monitor project progress and address any potential issues to ensure quality standards are maintained. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports. Support the procurement of materials and manage vendor relationships effectively. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on job sites. Collaborate with the project team to identify and implement process improvements.
