The position is designed to teach the business of insurance so that additional responsibilities can be assigned as quickly as possible, based on the individuals ability to be a team player, grasp insurance concepts a demonstrated desire to grow professionally. The individual hired will initially work with a primary trainer, but over time responsibilities will expand to support multiple account managers, including electronically marketing a clients account with various insurance carriers, in order to obtain the best insurance coverage and price for their specific needs. This will allow for exposure to various levels of insurance knowledge, experience, and techniques.
