MACHINE OPERATOR – POURLINE
Monday - Friday
3:00 am - until finished
$18.00 per hour
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Operate power-driven pumps to transfer liquids, semi-solids, gases, or powdered materials
- Work directly with management to coordinate and implement production directives in a professional manner for foam production
- Safely load, unload, and transfer chemicals from rail cars, tankers, totes, and drums into holding tanks
- Monitor pressure gauges and flow meters; adjust valves to regulate pump speed, pressure, and material flow
- Maintain pumps and lines by replacing filters and gaskets, tightening connections, and making necessary adjustments
- Collect material samples for laboratory analysis
- Record quantities of materials pumped
- Maintain accurate inventory of storage tank contents
- Follow 5S standards and all safety policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing experience
- Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English
- Capable of standing and walking for extended periods (up to 8 hours)
- Experience reading and interpreting measuring devices
